Vice, is one in the picture Mr. Arthur Sabalburo? If so, I know he was your classmate. Is he also a public official? If so, in Vigan? I know he is from Santa. You forgot kasi to put caption sa pictures po. Sorry po, maraming tanong ng osyuso.
