Who is running for Mayor and Vice-Mayor under LP? I don’t mean Lakas Pala. Thanks

There are no official candidates for the positions of Mayor and Vice Mayor under the Liberal Party.

The two young candidates are capable to take over the mayor post if they are given the opportunity. In real Vigan politics, the well-entrenched political dynasty has the big say in local politics. Anyways, political parties had been useless in advancing the interests of the public since 1946 Philippine independence. AMEN

I feel bad that Vigan has to say goodbye to Franz (who runs for councilman in 2010) as Vice. I believe that he is one of the best VMs of Vigan. Hopefully, he will come back as a VM (or without the "V").

I agree with Anonymous that Mr. Ranches and Atty. Molina are indeed capable to execute the offices of the mayor and VM (and vice vesa).

May I also air my confidence to the person of councilor Benjo Verzosa who is also gifted with capabilities as a public servant and as a person. (I know his high school training like VM Franz.)

Thanks and Merry Christmas po sa lahat!
