A Resolution Granting the Application of Mrs. Carmeling Crisologo for the Construction of The Holy Camp Cemetery Located at the Southeast Wing of the Old Cemetery in Barangay VII, Vigan City, Ilocos Sur and Recommending the Issuance of an Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) was approved on final reading.
