Could you please give more information in terms of the number of visitors to Vigan? Does it keep up with the carrying capacity of the city? What can Vigan do to promote both heritage preservation and tourism? In other words, how can it maintain sustainable tourism development and heritage conservation since the two things to some extents have certain conflicts.
