THanks fo the comment. NO PUBLIC FUNDS WERE SPENT FOR THE VIETNAM TRIP.
I’m confused. The entire Vigan City Council members went to Vietnam’s heritage site on official trip and spend their own money does not add up.
its not an official trip, don't be confused. maybe you had the wrong information. Trip to vietnam is not as expensive as you think.
I give you the benefit of doubt. Maybe my source is misinformed.
