COMMITTEE ON TOURISM TACKLES PROPOSED TOURISM CODE
Councilor Franz Ranches explains the salient features of the Proposed Vigan Tourism Code.
As the principal author of the Proposed Vigan Tourism Code, Councilor Ranches stresses the need to maintain a tourism service standard.
