Feeding Program for children of Bulala, Vigan City
In line with celebration of the Legislators' Week, Vigan Vice Mayor Franz Ranches spearheaded a feeding program for selected children of Barangay Bulala. This is in line with City Council's commitment to prioritize the welfare of children.
