The Vigan City Council team once again displayed its competitivenes by placing 2nd runner-up in the recently concluded Christmas Street Dancing Contest. Participated by the different departments of the Vigan City Government, this activity is the Filipinos' way of upholding a tradition --- to celebrate Christmas despite the odds of life!
